Winterization.

On the previous winter, the pipes ion this hatch froze and damaged a valve. I replaced the valve and added the blue pipe heater. I also made complete insulation for this hatch.

This worked perfectly through a string of days where the temperature stayed below freezing. I did not drain my water tank or put antifreeze in it.
