After filling the fresh water tank, I found that the fitting was leaking. I needed to re-install this fitting with new teflon tape so I drained the tank removed the fitting a fixed it.
I also added the angle brackets to help overcome the flex in the tank when it is full. It seems to me that the flexing of the plastic tank would cause the threads to distort causing a leak.
